Bookings are made via Appointment only.
We require that all clients complete a Client History Form prior to their booking.
Upon us contacting you, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is required for the initial appointment and touch-up appointments. This amount is deducted off your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-transferable between appointments.
REFUSAL OF SERVICES
If we determine you may not be suitable, given the information you have provided on your Client History Form, we reserve our right to refuse the services to you.
PRICE & PAYMENT
Upon completion of the Cosmetic Tattoo procedure, the balance is required to be paid.
We accept EFT (additional 1.2% service fee charged) or via the EFTPOS machine on the premises, Direct Deposit or Cash.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We appreciate 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you choose to cancel your booking without medical reason, you will automatically forfeit your deposit and will be required to secure another appointment. This applies to both initial and complimentary touch-up appointments.
Please text or email to notify us if you need to amend your appointment time. We also appreciate you attending your appointment on time, out of courtesy to our therapist and clients.
If after your initial deposit/consulation, you wish to cancel, your initial deposit is non-refundable.
Touch-up rates are for existing clients only.
Your first touch-up is included in the price and recommended 6-10 weeks following your initial procedure. To ensure the best results, it is essential that the touch-up appointment is booked within 12 weeks. If you book outside this timeframe, additional refresher appointments will be charged.
We will do our best to provide you with your desired Cosmetic Eyebrow Tattooing, however healed results will vary with each individual client. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process, due to many factors that determine an individual’s pigment retention - skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, etc. Please adhere closely to the Aftercare Information card provided, to allow for the best results.
NO guarantee can be made, and additional touch-up sessions may be required. This can be discussed with the therapist at the follow-up appointment.
No refunds will be given for varied results.
